The Mask serves as the window through which the spirits; the ancestors connect, see and communicate with the physical world. Today, the mmanwu inspires, entertains, connects realms and presents the ephemeral – the mmanwu is a mask!

In partnership with Jungle Colour LLC in the USA, 15 Poets, the collection was made into an NFT collection, fusing art, poetry, music, chant and movement, performed by contemporary creatives from Africa resulting in 100 distinct expressions.

The Masked NFT collection marked the largest entry of poets into web 3 from Nigeria.
